Tony Pons

Owner / General Contractor

Tony is a master at shade sail systems! Also known as The Shade Man, Tony is a licensed general contractor with extensive construction experience and a US Army veteran. He has spent the past 8 years perfecting shade sail systems including their installations. Due to his construction background, Tony has worked closely with the shade manufacturer to develop product and installation enhancements to upgrade the security, safety and longevity of the shade systems we sell and install.

Jennifer Neal

Sales / Office Manager

Jennifer is the company’s go-to person for sales and any administrative matters. She is passionate about providing great customer service! Jennifer relocated to this area from Arkansas to be closer to family and friends. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time at the beach and remodeling her 1923 home. Her other interests involve woodworking & glass projects, embroidering and sewing.

Josh Schawe

Lead Installer

Josh is constantly learning and loves to build new things…like custom shade sails systems! He enjoys spending time with family and loves outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, photography, gardening and anything with an engine and/or wheels.

Angelia Daugherty

Designer

Angelia is in her comfort zone designing shade systems in particular the shade shapes and colors. She loves animals and has been involved with animal rescue for 30 years. She also enjoys spending time with her significant other including traveling and dancing.

Tiller Pons

Installer

Tiller is a part-time employee and has helped install numerous shade systems. A recent college graduate, Tiller enjoys cooking, gardening, line dancing and learning to knit.

Jay Yandell

Installer

Jay enjoys spending time with family and his significant other. His other pastimes include fishing and boating, hunting, and Arkansas Razorback football. He likes long walks on the beach with his dog, Lola.

Izzie Pons

Customer Service Rep

Izzie is a Panama City Beach native and a seasonal employee for the company. She’s attending Valdosta State University and is scheduled to graduate in the spring (2024). Izzie loves to read, attending concerts, listening to music and loves walks with her black lab, Azula.

Robert Wilkos

Business Manager

Robert has an extensive 50-year business career and is a seasoned veteran regarding business management, operations and marketing. He’s a Florida native who loves any beach and also enjoys offshore fishing, major sports, reading, orchids and traveling the US & abroad with his wife.
